INCOIS is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, government of India registered under AP (Telangana Area) Public Societies Act-1350. INCOIS follows the mercantile system of Accounting and recognizes Income and Expenditure on accrual basis. The accounts were prepared on the basis as a going concern. Sealed Quotations are invited from Hyderabad based registered Chartered Accountant Firm empanelled with Comptroller & Auditor General of India to conduct the statutory audit of the Society for the financial year 2015-16. The tenure of the selected Auditor is likely to be continued for 3(three) financial years.
The Tender document can be had either from the above address or can be download from our Website; www.incois.gov.in. The last date for submission of Tender is 1530 Hrs of February 25, 2016 (Thursday) and the Tenders will be opened at 1600 Hrs on the same day i.e., February 25, 2016.
