MCA has already extended the due date of
annual filing forms without late fees up to 30th December 2015 as per circular dated
30/11/2015.
Now MCA clarified that there will be no further extension. The
clarification given on www.mca.gov.in is as
below: –
“The last
date for annual filing forms is 30 Dec 2015 and no further extension would be
accorded after this date. All stakeholders are requested to complete their
filing accordingly, without waiting for the last date to avoid last minute
rush.”
